Qualification Criteria
Our qualification criteria were not designed by a marketing team. They were designed by a former MVA trial attorney.
Vector Systems founder Sam Hosey spent years evaluating MVA cases from the attorney's side of the desk. He knows that a lead is not truly "qualified" simply because someone confirms they were in an accident and have an injury. The factors that determine whether a case is worth $8,000 or $800,000 are specific, clinical, and often invisible to lead providers who have never practiced law.
That experience is built directly into our screening process. Our qualification team is trained to capture the signals that matter to your intake decision — not just the checkboxes that make a lead look complete in a CRM.
Every prospect transferred to your firm has been screened against the following qualification criteria:

Additional Filtering Available Upon Request:
Specific accident subtypes (rideshare/Uber/Lyft, commercial vehicle/trucking, motorcycle)
At-fault vs. not-at-fault filtering
Severity indicators (hospitalization, surgery, ongoing treatment)
Specific metro area or county-level targeting
We work with your firm during onboarding to define the precise qualification criteria that align with your case acceptance standards. If a parameter matters to your intake process, we build it into our screening.
Verification Process
Our qualification process is not a single checkbox. It is a multi-layered verification sequence designed to ensure that every transfer meets your standards:
LAYER 01
Intent Capture.
Prospects are generated through direct-response campaigns targeting high-intent search and social channels. Every prospect has actively initiated contact - they were not cold-called, scraped from a database, or incentivized with gift cards.
LAYER 02
Digital Pre-Qualification.
Before speaking with anyone, prospects complete a structured intake sequence that captures accident details, injury status, representation status, and geographic information. Prospects who do not meet baseline criteria are filtered out automatically.
LAYER 03
Live Screening.
Qualified prospects are connected with a trained intake specialist who verbally confirms key qualification parameters — accident recency, injury presence, no existing attorney, and willingness to speak with a firm. This is a human verification layer, not an automated IVR tree.
LAYER 04
Live Transfer.
Only after passing all three prior layers is the prospect transferred live to your intake team. The transfer includes a warm introduction with key case details so your team can begin the conversation with context.
Delivery Method
Live transfer is the default and recommended delivery method. Everything else is infrastructure support for your records.
Primary Method
Live Transfer
Prospects are transferred directly to your designated intake phone line in real time. Your team receives the call, a brief introduction is made, and the conversation begins. This is the default and recommended delivery method for maximum conversion.
Supplementary
Supplementary Delivery Options
Depending on your firm's infrastructure, we can also provide:
Real-time lead data delivery via CRM integration, API, or webhook - synchronized with the live transfer for complete record-keeping.
Email notification as a secondary alert for internal tracking purposes.
All delivery configurations are established during onboarding and can be adjusted as your operation scales.
Volume Expectations
Lead volume is a function of your geographic market, case criteria specificity, and budget allocation. During our initial consultation, we provide realistic volume projections based on:
Population density and traffic volume in your target jurisdiction(s)
Competitive landscape in your market
Specificity of your qualification filters
Your intake team's capacity to handle live transfers
We do not over-promise volume. We would rather set accurate expectations and over-deliver than inflate projections to close a deal. Sustainable, predictable volume is the goal — not a spike-and-crash cycle.

Honest Fit Assessment
We believe in clarity. Vector Systems is not the right fit for every firm, and we would rather be direct about that upfront:

Firms who want a lead provider that simply counts clicks and transfers.
Our operation is built by an attorney, for attorneys. If you want a vendor who understands your business at the case level — not just the marketing level — that is what we deliver. If you are looking for the cheapest warm body on a phone line, we are not your provider.

Firms without dedicated intake staff available during business hours.
Live transfers require someone to answer the phone. If your intake process relies on voicemail and callbacks, this model will not perform.

Firms seeking the lowest possible cost-per-lead regardless of quality.
If your primary buying criterion is "cheapest lead available," we are not your provider. We compete on cost-per-signed-case, not cost-per-lead.

Firms looking to "test" with a minimal budget and no commitment to evaluation.
We invest significant resources into campaign architecture for each client. A meaningful pilot requires a meaningful commitment.
Pricing Structure
No Contracts.
Vector Systems operates on a per-lead pricing model. You pay for each qualified live transfer delivered to your intake line. There are no retainers, no monthly platform fees, and no long-term contracts required.
Pricing is determined by:
Geographic market (cost varies by state and metro area based on demand and competition)
Lead specificity (broader criteria = lower cost; highly specific filters = higher cost)
Volume commitment (higher consistent volume may qualify for adjusted pricing)
We do not publish pricing publicly because every engagement is customized to the client's market and criteria. What we will tell you plainly: our leads are priced at a premium relative to shared lead sources. They are priced this way because they convert at a premium rate, and the cost-per-signed-case math favors exclusive live transfers overwhelmingly.
We are happy to walk through the unit economics with you during a consultation so you can evaluate the ROI against your current sources with full transparency.
